When we have equipment such as
glass lined reaction tanks, we must master the correct usage methods in order to fully utilize their effectiveness. In order to ensure the smooth operation of the reactor, it is necessary to regularly inspect the reactor and repair the equipment if the porcelain surface is found to have fallen off. Before entering the tank, the following work must be done:
1. The construction of the tank must be supervised by a guardian throughout the process, and remedial measures should be taken as soon as problems are discovered.
2. Close all feed valves and disconnect the valve from the feed pipe with a blind plate to prevent material from entering the tank during the feeding process.
3. Thoroughly understand the situation in the production workshop and the potential harm that toxic and harmful gases may cause to people within a certain period of time, and make protective and contingency preparations.
4. Clean the glass lined reaction tank to prevent the gas and residual materials generated by material decomposition from harming human health.
5. Power off the motor that drives the stirring and rotation, and assign a dedicated person to supervise or remove the triangular belt to prevent accidental power transmission that may cause harm to the operators inside the tank during the stirring and rotation.
6. When polishing, be sure to wear protective glasses and avoid the front of the repair area to prevent the enamel layer from exploding and damaging the eyes and face.
7. When entering equipment that has used highly toxic materials, except for forced ventilation and wearing gas masks, if any adverse symptoms are found, the monitoring personnel should immediately pull out the tank operator.
8. Combustible and toxic gases should be measured and the air inside the tank should be replaced to prevent residual gases that may harm human health. If necessary, a gas mask should be worn under the tank and forced ventilation should be implemented.
The above is an introduction to the pre tank instructions for the glass lined reaction tank. The inspector visually inspects the enamel layer and needs to clean the inner tube enamel of the reaction vessel. The inspector is required to conduct the inspection while ensuring safety and must not bring any hard objects before operation.
