Glass Lined Horizontal Storage Tank

At present, glass lined horizontal storage tank have been increasingly popular and applied due to their superior performance and price. Glass lined equipment has been widely used in production fields such as chemical, pharmaceutical, printing and dyeing, and brewing. The glass lined horizontal storage tank has excellent corrosion resistance, but is not suitable for the following media or materials:

1. Alkaline media or materials with a pH value greater than 12 and a temperature higher than 80 ℃;
2. Phosphoric acid media or materials with a concentration greater than 30% and a temperature higher than 180 ℃;
3. Hydrofluoric acid and media or materials containing fluoride ions at any concentration and temperature;
4. The reaction process of alternating acidic and alkaline materials.
Here is a reminder to everyone that when using a glass lined horizontal storage tank, it is important not to use the above materials, otherwise the enamel layer on the glass lined surface will corrode, losing its luster and greatly reducing the corrosion resistance of the enamel surface. After a short period of use, the entire carbon steel body will be corroded away.
