  As a type of chemical equipment,the materials inside the enamel reactor sometimes undergo chemical reactions,which require heating.This requires the reactor equipment not only to provide a better reaction site,but also to have certain heat exchange functions.
  Compared with tower type reactors,enamel reaction tank have a larger DIH,and sometimes the heat transfer area is only limited by the ordinary jacket outside the vessel.The larger the vessel diameter,the smaller the heat transfer area per unit vessel capacity,and the increasing amount of reactants will bring difficulties to the scaling up work.Considering the heat exchange area,the amplification effect cannot be ignored.To address this,the industry has taken the following measures to make up for its shortcomings:in addition to the jacket,a spiral tube can also be installed inside the reaction vessel for heat exchange inside the vessel.
  Enamel reaction tank is subjected to external heat transfer according to different situations.A pump can be installed outside the kettle to circulate and exchange heat with the liquid;When low boiling point solvents are present in the reaction process(such as polymerization),a condenser should be added outside the kettle to reflux the solvent and control a certain reaction temperature.
