Gass-lined equipment

Glass-lined equipment are composed of multiple materials and require high-temperature treatment. However, damage is inevitable during use. Don't panic, we can take remedial measures. Below, we will introduce the damage and repair methods of the equipment:
一、 Equipment damage
Mechanical damage, thermal stress damage, processing stress damage, collective nonconformity, etc.
二、 Glass-lined equipment maintenance:

1. In order to improve the repair effect, epoxy phenolic mixed adhesive is usually used for repair. Butyl rubber is added to the mixed adhesive to increase flexibility and enhance the firmness of the repair.

2. If there is a large area of damage to the glass-lined equipment, it can be repaired by enamel firing. If there is no equipment, it can be repaired by heating the back with a flame.
3. Repair with corrosion-resistant metal coating: First apply the coating to the damaged area, then cover it with a metal sheet.
4. Use synthetic resins and other chemically stable substances for repair.
5. Using corrosion-resistant metal repair: It can repair fine defects of pinhole type.
6. Surface treatment of glass-lined equipment, deepening treatment for each damaged point.
7. Clean the surface and then apply carbon nanopolymer material.
8. Polish the overall surface and remove the surface glaze.
9. Check the surface stress cleaning condition after cooling.
10. Curing treatment, repair completed
11. Heat and clean the stress.
The reason why the glass-lined equipment is damaged is because we lack maintenance on it in our daily life. Therefore, in order to fundamentally avoid this situation, we need to achieve daily maintenance of the equipment, repair it in a timely manner when problems occur, and reduce the problem from becoming bigger.
