The China glass lined tower section itself has good temperature resistance,but even the best equipment has certain limitations.Therefore,when using this reaction kettle,it is necessary to pay more attention to the parameter values of the operating temperature to avoid equipment damage caused by too low or too high temperature during use.
1.When opening the steam or cooling water inlet valve,it should not be fully opened at once.It should be opened in advance until the jacket pressure is around 0.1MPa,held for several minutes,and then slowly opened in stages to prevent damage to the equipment from cold and hot shocks.When heating with steam,the water inside the jacket should be drained first.
2.During the use of the glass lined tower section vessel,sudden temperature cooling or heating is strictly prohibited to avoid damaging the enamel glass surface.
3.The heating(or cooling)rate should be maintained at around 3℃/minute,and should not exceed 5℃/minute.
4.When the low temperature is≤0℃,the water stored in the jacket should be drained after use to avoid damage to the equipment due to freezing.
5.The glass lined tower section is resistant to sudden temperature changes,that is,the difference between the temperature of the reaction kettle and the temperature of the heating or cooling medium is:thermal shock≤100℃,cold shock≤90℃.
So when using a glass lined tower section,everyone must pay attention to the operating temperature.This not only improves the efficiency of the reactor,but also avoids the possibility of damage to the reactor caused by unsuitable operating temperatures.Therefore,in summary,in order to better utilize the functions of the reactor,it is necessary to operate and use it in the correct way.
