The metal tires of enamel reaction kettle products are generally made of low-carbon steel,because during the high-temperature combustion process of enamel reaction kettle,the chemical composition of the steel surface will interact with the coating on this surface,thereby affecting the surface quality.For example,carbon and some surface components are utilized by the wind to generate gases such as carbon dioxide,causing defects such as bubbles and voids on the surface.Sometimes,black spots appear on the surface,which is caused by carbon infiltration.Based on experience,the ideal range for carbon content in steel is between 0.1%and 0.12%,while other components such as phosphorus and sulfur should be strictly controlled.
In order to avoid various adverse phenomena caused by stress concentration,every corner of the glass lined reaction vessel is in a transitional state that requires uniform original sliding.As long as the structure allows,the larger the fillet radius,the better,at least not less than 10mm.
