1.Nitric acid 5%~1.0%,hydrofluoric acid 0.5%~10%,corrosion inhibitor Lan-8260.25%~0.30%.
2.Hydrofluoric acid 1%to 2%,corrosion inhibitor Lan-8260.20%to 0.25%.

3.Citric acid 2%~3%,ammonia water(pH=3.5~4.0),corrosion inhibitor Lan-8260.1%~0.2%.

The method of acid washing is to empty the washing water with nitrogen gas and pump the prepared acid washing solution into the enamel reaction kettle.When the cleaning solution returns,regardless of whether the pickling solution is full,then use a pump to cycle and clean,and regularly switch directions.Cycle back and forth,regularly discharge and empty to avoid air blockage and drainage blockage,which may affect the cleaning effect.
The purpose of pickling water is to remove residual pickling solution and solid particles from the system for flushing and passivation.The method is to discharge the pickling liquid with nitrogen and clean the entire system with a large amount of water.Continuously open the water guide of the system to discharge the debris and residual liquid deposited in the short pipe.During the flushing process,measure the pH every 10 millimeters and stop flushing after the pH is neutral.
If acid washing is chosen to clean the enamel reaction kettle,extra care needs to be taken.After all,the acid used for pickling is corrosive,and if not handled properly,it can harm oneself.
