The enamel glass electric heating reactor is a composite material product used for manufacturing corrosion-resistant equipment. Glass containing high silica is lined on the inner surface of a steel container in a
glass lined electric heating reactor, and then burned at high temperature, firmly adhering to the metal surface to form a composite product.
1. The equipment should be manufactured strictly according to the production process of the glass lined electric heating reactor, and the manufacturing process cannot be changed without permission.
2. Before glazing the reaction vessel, a careful inspection of the vessel body should be carried out, and any parts that do not comply with the glazing process should be promptly modified.
3. The thickness of the enamel layer on the enamel surface of the enamel fired glass lined electric heating reactor is generally controlled at around 2mm. When spraying, enamel can be sprayed three to four times, and each time should be checked to ensure that there are no dark bubbles, pinholes, etc. If there is any surface, it needs to be repaired, and the repaired area should be sprayed with primer once. The entire process must be strictly executed.
4. The requirements for the bottom tire can be divided into the following: the surface of the bottom tire of the glass lined electric heating reaction kettle should be flat and free of scratches; The weld seam of the reaction kettle bottom tread should be straight and regular, and the welding seam should not be too thick. The seam should be flat; The welding seam of the enamel glass lined electric heating reactor should be polished.
5. When enamel enamel is sprayed onto the reactor, the enamel layer should be evenly distributed. After enamel spraying, it should be dried. The drying method can be natural baking or drying. When baking and drying, the enamel layer should be slowly dried to prevent cracking. When sintering reactor enamel, the temperature should be controlled between 960~980 ℃, and the time should be well controlled during sintering. If that's the case, it should be burned again.
So, the glass lined electric heating reactor has the dual advantages of glass stability and metal strength, and is a very good corrosion-resistant equipment. Glass lined reaction vessels are widely used in industries such as chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical, pesticide, and food.
