After the installation of the
China enamel glass disc condenser, it needs to be painted. Choosing good paint can have a good effect on equipment, isolating air and reducing the possibility of equipment rusting and corrosion. So the quality of paint needs to be strictly controlled.
1、 Spray painting requirements:
1. Protect the paint spraying area of the reaction vessel from spraying unrelated areas and protect the paint spraying area.
2. The surface of the paint film is smooth and flat, without collapse, dark pits, cracks, sagging, obvious spray points, and there are no or a small amount of small particles on the surface.
3. There is no heavy color phenomenon, and there is no color difference or chromatic aberration on the entire surface.
4. The gloss of the enamel glass disc condenser is uniform and smooth.
2、 Attention:
1. Prevent excessive dryness and pay attention to fire prevention during the dry season.
2. Keep a good distance between them and choose appropriate tools such as paint cans and spray guns.
The enamel glass disc condenser has two types of structures: separated and closed. The open type has a separate body cover, which is connected by a cushion and clip in the middle. Generally, the capacity is below 5000L; Closed type with integrated body and cover, generally with a capacity of over 5000L. These two structures each have their own advantages. Open disassembly is more convenient, and if there is a problem with the pipe opening on the can cover, it is easy to remove and repair separately. Closed disassembly has better sealing performance. Generally speaking, there are two types of open structures: flat welding butt flange connection and flat cover connection.
During the process of spraying the enamel glass disc condenser, it is necessary to strictly follow the requirements, protect the spraying site, and confirm the spraying position. When the surface of the paint film is smooth and flat, it indicates the end of spraying. During the spraying process, it is important to take measures to avoid potential external environmental influences.
