2.Also ensure that no hard solids are transferred into the kettle during the feeding process.For materials that do not require the addition of large hard materials,they should be crushed before adding.
3.During the operation of the glass-lined storage tank,attention should be paid to slowly applying pressure and heating when the equipment is heated through the jacket;Afterwards,apply a pressure of 0 and 1MP and maintain it for fifteen minutes,then slowly introduce steam to reach the operating pressure;When the equipment is running,pay attention to the sealing of flanges,manholes,connecting plates,and packing boxes,and take immediate measures if leaks are found.
4.Pay attention to the discharge of the glass-lined storage tank.When the bottom of the kettle is blocked,do not use metal tools to scoop it.You can gently open it with a bamboo rod,plastic rod,or wooden rod;When cooling is required after the reaction is complete,we wait for the temperature inside the tank to naturally decrease to a certain extent before introducing cooling water into the jacket to prevent damage to the equipment caused by quenching.
