Glass-lined agitator

The daily use environment of glass-lined agitator is relatively harsh,and the corrosion of the medium and the impact of external forces cause certain loads on the equipment.At the same time,for safety reasons,a check must be conducted before starting.The inspection items mainly focus on equipment performance,and the main contents are as follows:

1.Listen to the sound of the reducer and glass-lined agitator motor to see if it is normal,and touch the starting temperature of the reducer,motor,engine seat bearings,and other components to see if they are normal.

2.Check whether the gearbox leaks oil,whether the shaft seal is intact,inspect the changes in oil level and quality inside the gearbox,and supplement or update the corresponding engine oil if necessary;

3.Check whether the safety devices such as safety valves,explosion-proof discs,pressure gauges,thermometers,etc.are accurate,sensitive,and easy to use,whether the safety valves and pressure gauges have been calibrated and sealed properly,whether the red line markings on the pressure gauges are correct,and whether there are any leaks inside the explosion-proof discs;
4.Regularly listen for any abnormal vibrations and noise inside the reaction vessel;
5.Keep the mixing shaft clean and visible,check if the rotation direction of the mixing shaft is clockwise,and strictly prohibit reverse rotation;
6.Check if all inlet and outlet valves of the glass-lined agitator are intact;Check whether the bolts on the flange and base are loose,and whether the safety cover is intact and reliable;
7.Check for cracks,deformations,bulges,perforations,corrosion,leaks,etc.Insulation,paint,etc.Whether it is complete,without loss or burning;
8.Cleaning equipment.The enamel reaction vessel equipment should also undergo daily inspections after use.
The daily inspection of glass-lined agitator should also be carried out after the equipment is used up.If any abnormal situation is found in the equipment,it should be responded to,recorded and repaired,and the normal operation of the equipment should be reported.
