Glass lining agitator

The enamel glass mixer is made by firing at a high temperature of around 900 ℃ to make corrosion-resistant glass material tightly adhere to the metal surface. It has good corrosion resistance, smooth surface, wear resistance, and certain thermal stability.

Precautions for use:
1. When using a glass lined mixer, first check whether the accessories included in the instrument are complete, such as the mixer and power cord, by referring to the instrument manual.
2. When adjusting the speed, it should be gradually adjusted from low speed to high speed, and it is advisable not to start directly from high speed to avoid the agitator being out of sync and causing jumping.
3. Do not heat when not stirring, and cut off the power when not working.
4. Keep the product clean and dry, especially do not let the solution enter the machine.
5. If you find that the mixer's stirrer is jumping or not stirring during mixing, please check if the beaker is stable and the position is correct.
6. Medium speed operation can extend the service life of the mixer.
7. When using a glass lined mixer, try to connect the ground wire as much as possible.
