Characteristics of glass lined horizontal storage tanks:
① Voltage resistance: The glass lined reaction pot has good insulation properties. When the ceramic layer of the glass lined reaction pot is inspected with a 20KV high-frequency electric spark within the specified thickness, the high-frequency electric spark cannot penetrate the ceramic layer.
② Alkali resistance: Glass lined reaction pots have poorer corrosion resistance to alkaline solutions than acidic solutions. But the sample of our glass lined reaction vessel was placed in a 1N sodium hydroxide solution for corrosion, and the test temperature was 80 ℃ for 48 hours.
③ Acid resistance: It has good corrosion resistance to various organic acids, inorganic acids, and organic solvents.
④ Impact resistance: The lower the internal stress, the better the elasticity, the greater the hardness, and the higher the bending and compressive strength of the glass layer of the glass lined horizontal storage tank, the better the impact resistance.
