Glass lined reaction tanks are widely used in industries such as chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical, pesticide, and food. In order to ensure the normal use of glass lining equipment, the main performance, installation, and usage precautions are described as follows:
1. Acid resistance: It has good corrosion resistance to various organic acids, inorganic acids, and organic solvents. If the enamel glass sample is placed in a 20% CI solution and boiled for 48 hours, the corrosion rate is 0.9g/m2. d (the premium product index is 1.0g/m2. d).
2. Alkali resistance: Glass lining has poorer corrosion resistance to alkaline solutions than acidic solutions. But place the enamel glass sample in a 1N sodium hydroxide solution for corrosion, and test at 80 ℃ for 48 hours. The corrosion rate is 6.76g/m2. d (the premium product index is 7.0g/m2. d).
3. Operating temperature: When heating and cooling glass lined equipment, it should be done slowly. The operating temperature of the enamel glass equipment is 0-200 ℃, and its resistance to sudden temperature changes is ≥ 200 ℃.
4. Ceramic layer thickness: The ceramic layer thickness of glass equipment is 0.8-2.0mm, and the ceramic layer thickness of enamel equipment accessories is 0.6-1.8mm.
5. Voltage resistance: Glass lined insulation has good insulation properties. When using a 20KV high-frequency electric spark to inspect the porcelain layer within the specified thickness, the high-frequency electric spark cannot penetrate the porcelain layer.
